"I live in Floyds Knobs, Indiana, which is just Northwest of Louisville Kentucky and about 80 miles from MLS Powersports. I have a Bassproshops within a few miles of my home. I was shopping for an Arctic Cat Wildcat Trail XT. I went into BPS twice to talk about purchasing the AC. What I found is that they knew nothing about the SxS and even less about the incentives from Arcticcat for the 2014 SxS's. So I started looking around in the Web for a different dealer. When I got the Wildcat home and parked it in the garage, I noticed that there was a problem with one of the rubber bumper covers. I called MLS the next day and spoke to Ethan, who sold me the vehicle on Tuesday. He said that he would send the bumper cover and a missing screw out along with the roof graphics that were out of stock when I purchased the vehicle. Friday evening when I came home from work a package was waiting for me with the graphics that I ordered, the replacement bumper pad, and a complete hardware kit. Outstanding service! It is a pleasure to purchase from a dealer with integrity that works so hard to create a pleasurable experience for its clients.
